Returns for New, Unopened Items
Customers may return new, unopened items purchased directly from hnwstudio.com within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is a result of our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will refund the return shipping cost.
If you choose to return an item for other reasons, you are responsible for the shipping cost. Please note:

If you use an alternative shipping method with a higher cost, we will only reimburse the equivalent of the USPS First Class rate.
Pre-Owned and Vintage Items
Due to the nature of our curated, second-hand collection:

Pre-owned and vintage items are final sale and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
